Cancellation and Refund Policy – Please notify the Congress Secretariat (info[at]atmodust.net) if there should be any cancellations of registrations. Written notifications received before 1st July 2020 will have an 80% refund. No refund is foreseen for cancellations received after 1st February 2022. If you cannot take part in the Conference, you may transfer your registration fees to a colleague at any time (please contact the Secretariat). The abstract submission fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Disclaimer – A lot of effort is going into making the DUST 2023 a success, presenting a printed programme as scheduled and ensuring safety and comfort. However, neither the DUST 2023 nor any of its representatives will be legally responsible for any cancellation of the Congress, arrangements, programmes or plans having to do with the DUST 2023 or any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during their stay in Italy for the DUST 2023.

Privacy and Security– Atmodust respects your personal information. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. Any personal credit card information you submit to DUST 2023 will only be used to process your registration to the conference. Your credit card data will not be stored on Atmodust’s database and will not be retained by Atmodust. Atmodust will retain (offline) only the last five digits and expiration date of your card for administrative purposes. After the conference all data you provided will be deleted from our storage systems.
